Tree house weddings are fun!

Are you the adventurous type? Then this is definitely something for you!
Always wanted to sleep in a big tree house? Well… That’s possible when you have your wedding at Avontyr, The Netherlands!

Normally you won’t find me in the woods that much for a wedding, but when this editorial came around I immediately was intrigued. Two gigantic tree houses and even one had a slide on it. It was a little kid’s dream came true when I was standing there. Everybody wanted to have a huge tree house when they were little, right?

Beautiful light everywhere and the massive tree houses are an eye catcher for sure. To see what film can do with different light scenarios is fun. This editorial was shot on film and digital. But I was so enthusiastic about shooting film, I almost forgot to shoot digital :).

Styled shoots are a great way to experiment with light and posing. You can almost see it as a testrun before the wedding season kicks in. My wedding season starts in the beautiful South of France this year mid June. So I have plenty of time having fun at styled shoots before then ;).

My purpose for the editorials are to give you an inspiration for your wedding day.
