Nancy Twickler Photography finds your privacy very important. I will therefore process and use your data in a safe manner, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement I explain to you what information I collect from you and why I do this. You can also read in this statement what your rights are regarding this processing. Article 1: Who am I?
Nancy Twickler Photography is a sole proprietorship, located at (2661 TD) Bergschenhoek at the Potterdreef 12. I am registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 63960583. I am the controller of your personal data.
Article 2: What information do I use?
Here you can find an overview of the data that I process about you, why I do this, what legal basis I have to be able to process this information about you and how long I will keep this data.
I process your name, address, place of residence, e-mail, telephone number and other data that are necessary for the optimal delivery of my services to you in order to enable the execution of the agreement. You can think of names of family members at a wedding. I use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. I keep this data for 7 years.
In order to manage your order, I will keep your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, telephone number and payment details in my customer database for up to 2 years after the conclusion of our agreement. I do this on account of implementation and any change to the agreement.
I use a portfolio on my website and social media channels to show work to potential customers earlier. I process your photos, name and location of the shoot. You have given permission for this with the conclusion of the agreement. I keep these photos unlimited in my archive.
For invoicing and the financial administration, I process your name or that of your contact person, any company name, billing address, e-mail and outstanding balance. I can not process your payment without this information. So I need this information for the implementation of the agreement. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities, I have to keep these details for 7 years. After this period I will delete this information.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your name, e-mail, telephone number and the content of this complaint in order to come to the best possible solution for you. I use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. I will delete data regarding complaints after settlement.
To enable the posting of reviews about my services, I process your name, photo and content of your message. And if you want to contact me via the website, I ask for your name, e-mail and telephone number. By placing your message or sending the contact form, this data is automatically visible. I keep testimonials about my services up to 3 years and can place on my website out of commercial interest. The data of a sent contact form I delete two years after completion.
Article 3: How do I obtain this information?
I have obtained the above information from you as a customer or website visitor, because you have provided this information to me. In addition, it may be that I have obtained your data from one of my customers who wants to offer you a gift or a fellow photographer.
Article 4: What rights do you have with regard to this data?
The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you have processed by me.
Inspection - You can request a request from Nancy Twickler Photography to view your details at any time.
Change - If you want your information to be adjusted, corrected, supplemented, protected or removed, you can submit a request for this.
Objection - You can object to the processing of your data.
Data transfer - If you want to transfer your data to another provider, I will provide your data in a structured and current form that can be opened by conventional digital systems.
Withdrawal - When I have processed data on the basis of your explicit permission, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This can have consequences for the services that I can offer you.
To use your rights you can send a request to hello@nancytwicklerphotography.com. I will review your request as soon as possible. If I can not meet your request, I will let you know why I reject your request.
Article 5: Who will receive your data?
Nancy Twickler Photography will not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for business operations or is required by law. Your details can be passed on to processors, parties involved in our agreement and external advisors for the execution of the agreement. I conclude processing agreements with these third parties in order to optimally protect your privacy. I will not sell your details to third parties.

I advise you to consult this privacy statement regularly, because I can make changes to the policy.
